How much time do you need for installation?

Accepted Answer

Most designs are setup within an hour - with smaller designs installing quicker. Large, custom designs can take up to 2 hours. It is our goal to complete installation up to an hour before your event starts. Working with a venue to arrange load-in times is important for a smooth setup.

What areas do you serve?

Based in Whitefish Bay, WI, we serve Greater Milwaukee, Southeastern WI, and Chicagoland.

Installations within 10 miles of our office are included in our decor pricing. Installations beyond our core delivery area are subject to a $3/mile delivery charge.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to order?

Accepted Answer

The earlier the better! However, as long as the date is available, we can create most custom designs with 2 weeks notice. Smaller designs can be created with less notice.

Last minute designs may be subject to rush fees and are only accepted based on our availability.

Question 4

How long will the balloons last?

Accepted Answer

We use high quality balloons and materials to provide the longest life for our decor. However, we cannot guarantee your balloons after installation is complete or balloons have been picked up. Factors including, but not limited to, environment, sunlight, pets, obtrusions, etc can put our decor at risk of popping, deflating, etc.

Our indoor, non-helium setups can last for up to 2 weeks when kept away from heat and sunlight. The same factors listed above can reduce this life.

We use hi-float in all of our helium balloons. With proper care, indoor helium balloons can last for up to multiple days. Again, we offer no guarantees once the balloons have been installed or picked up.

What is a Grab'n'Go Garland?

Accepted Answer

This budget-friendly garland is offered for pickup from our Whitefish Bay office. Made with the same quality and design as all our designs, these options are picked up and hung by you. We provide instructions and hanging materials. Grab'n'Go Garlands are offered in our 6ft size only.
